Macroeconomics

Make sure you are able to include the studies in your degree at your home university by checking which courses are included in your home university’s curriculum. For more information, please see the individual course pages and How the credits are registered?

Macroeconomics 1 and 2 are recommended for general track MSc students and Advanced Macroeconomics 1-4 are recommended for research track MSc students

Economic Growth (ECOM-427) arranged by the University of Helsinki is also recommended (not lectured 2022-2023)

Money and Banking (26035) arranged by Hanken is also recommended (not lectured 2022-2023)

In addition to macroeconomics field courses, a student should benefit from more general courses depending on her research orientation. We list some of these under two broad categories.
